The Association of Christian Education (“ACE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), together with its affiliates including Queens College of Theology, is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, ministers, and partners. This Privacy & Messaging Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and how you can manage communications you receive from us.
 

Information We Collect

When you engage with ACE or Queens College of Theology programs, enroll in our courses, or express interest in our services, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and ministry affiliation.
 

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Send account updates, enrollment information, and program announcements.

  • Share relevant resources for ministry training and leadership development.

  • Provide support or respond to your requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
 

SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through our websites, applications, or enrollment forms, you consent to receive text messages from The Association of Christian Education and Queens College of Theology related to your account, enrollment, and ministry programs.
 

  • Message Frequency: Messages may be recurring, depending on your account and program activity.

  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages.

This disclosure also appears alongside any form where you provide your mobile number, so that you are fully informed at the point of opt-in.
 

Data Storage & Security

We use secure third-party platforms, including Aircall (for communications) and HubSpot (for contact management), to collect and store your information. These platforms employ encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
 

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or support our mission of Christian education and ministry training.
