The institution has paid application dues and is a candidate for accreditation pending evaluation. Institution voluntarily commits themselves to excellence and has six months to complete a self-study assessment. 

This institution has voluntarily committed itself to excellence through self-study, passed a rigorous full evaluation, and is active on all membership dues. They are a contributing member to the Association of Christian Education.

This is an individual membership where the Board of Examiners verifies the faculty members' educational history and the member has completed an assessment to determine their competency in their respective fields.

This level of membership is reserved for institutions that want their programs to be rigorously critiqued and reviewed for excellence to ensure that students receive competent and sound Christian education.
